Product Introduction

10.0W/m.k thermally conductive silicone gasket is made of silicone as the matrix and filled with thermally conductive metal powder, which has good insulation, aging resistance and flame retardancy. Its soft features allow it to be used to cover very uneven surfaces, and heat is conducted from the heat-generating device to the metal housing or diffusion plate, thus increasing the efficiency and longevity of the heat-generating electronic assembly.
